Westside German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles

Cisco von Churwalden is a handsome well bred 6 year old classic German Shepherd. He is a mellow and sweet dog who gets along great with other dogs. Cisco was used as a breeding stock dog until he got older. When the breeder decided to use his son instead of Cisco, she had animal control pick him up. Cisco, which is his real name, hadn't been groomed in years. He was used and thrown away. Cisco loved the attention of the volunteers as they laboriously brushed him, no one would guess his story now. He seems happy enough to be with us, but we would love him to have a chance at a real home.
